Issuing Certificates to sign VBA code

We have a new SBS2003 system and as a part of the setup we installed the certificate issuing software and it has been used to iss ue certificates to get all the conectivity going.

Now Ive got some Excel forms/templates with macros that I want everyone to use and all workstation security is set to High.

I have tried generating a certificate on my test machine using SelfCert.exe and it works fine, so now I want to Issue a production certificate from the server to allow the code to run from every workstation.

But I can't find how to do it. Can anyone point me to an article or give me some instructins that will point me in the right direction
