How do you not print or not show the white space from field codes? I have a document that has a number of lines of field codes (indexes and code used by another program) following each level 4 heading. Whether I hide the code or not, when I print the document, I get several inches of white space between the heading and the first line of text. How can I collapse this space? <br>
