not sure if this is an IIS quetion but i'm using windows2003 with iis6 and i installed perl and configured the cgi-bin correctly as pl and cgi files are working correctly. I went to go install XML::RSS and it won't take even via force install, i was wondering if i missed a server configuation for this modual to function?
