Has anyone ever had an issue when building mulitple analog sets at one time.
The problem is that when OTM starts to transfer the requests and builds the sets it will try to add a "key" to an analog set or try to install something else that doesn't belong on a analog set.
If I sync them one at a time it works fine.

Also what the feeling out there about upgrading to TM from OTM?

I am on OTM 2.1 with a OPT81c 3.0

if you must upgrade, only buy TM 3.1 or better(?), 3.0 was not good

It is not a must for me to upgrade.
I am just wondering if it is worth it or should I wait for another version to come out. I have been hearing alot of bad reviews on TM.
I also can't find a solution to why adding mulitple analog ports causes this error to happen.

Quite a number of use do the changes via the command line as it tends to be easier if you are used to it. Many of use have developed programs that allow you to do many automated changes.

I tend to add 20 plus analog ports at a time. But not sequential. So I can't preform a new 20 or cpy 20.

I need to correct myself. I can do a cpy 20 using different tn and dn. But its faster for me to do it in OTM.
I now the cmd line very well but I need to find out why the OTM can't sync multiple analog ports at one time.

Are you using a template for the sets, or building the sets one at a time?

I seem to remember that the use of large "cpy" numbers could result in system corruption on Phanton DN's. I would only go up the the number of un equipped TN's remaining on that card.

You guys are missing it.
I am using a template on the OTM. I build the phones of the template one at a time. Then I select all of the phones that are ready to be built and Sync it to the PBX.
After each phone that I build in OTM I decline the sync now til I have them all made.
This is where the OTM has the error of build some sets correctly and trying to add a key on others.
All sets where built from the same template.
I am not looking for a work around but a solution. I know I could send each phone over seperatley but that is not what it was designed to do.
Also I am not building these on phantom TNs
I thought they corrected the issue with corruption during cpy when they moved from 25.40 to 3.0

In the Station Admin window, on the top toolbar, go into Options and change from Install to Maint. This should get rid of the Sync Now so you don't have to decline everytime you build a phone. Then try to sync all the new phones and see if you are getting the same problem.

I will try this.
By the way its flipped. Maint flags you with the schedule and Install doesn't
