Hi,
I'm kinda new to the world of CCM, i have some questions regarding forwarding of external calls.

We run CCM 5.1.2.3000(2).
When i setup forwarding on my 7960 to my cellphone (GSM), only internal calls successfully forwards. If an external caller dials my 7960 when it is in forwarding-mode, the call just ends/disconnects.

regular phonecalls from internal->external and external->internal works great otherwise. It's just this forwarding bit that won't go.
I have one CSS for internal and one CSS for PSTN.

Any ideas?

Where are your trunks coming from. If they are TIEs from a PBX make sure you can do trk2trk transfers.

YOu may have trunk to trunk disallowed set up

Go to directory number config for the dn and in
Call Forward and Pickup Settings —

fool around with the CSS for forward all until you find one that works... I have had the same problem in 4.3.1

bye the way when are they going to put FWD/Da as an option on a soft key template......
