Issue with Utilities for Database Maintenance

Having an issue with the backups. It keeps crashing.
CA said the database is corrupt and to use these fixes.
However they aren't working. Then they said to use cazip.exe. Not sure how to use that. Here is the dos command fixes. I changed the database name on this

The machine is Server 2000, and Acrserve 2000 verison 7.0 build 1110

if no important info with ur AS 2000 db, I'd suggest u initialize it.

to minimize the effect caused, just init the "astpsdat" which is the most likely corrupt.

u can still "merge" the media info (session info, etc.) back to the fresh db at later time.

I initialized it and waited a night. Same they happened.

It cannot run the DBcheck or fixes in dos still.

There is no database called "DBNAME"
Next time try using asmedia, asobject, astpsdat, or any of the other database names. For a list and more details see other faqs in this forum.

did the dbcheck on the dbnames. some still gave me errors accessing, all others said they were good

under Database on job record I get this
