Issue with Panels after IE 7

Hi

I usually use panels in my asp.net pages and they used to work properly before IE 7, but for some reason after IE 7 my panels don't appear properly in the page;they get mixed up one panel will cross over the other panel.

Is there anyway to fix that problem?

I have this in my asp.net pages

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "

http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"

And the problem is solved under IE when I change it into

<html>

But I still have the same issue with firefox
