I have a customer who recently switched to a cable company phone carrier. They have a CICS with 6.1 S/W and Call Pilot 100. Issue here is that the carrier does not provide line supervision on there trunks. The Call Pilot answers calls on 0 rings and if the caller hangs up it does not disconnect from the system and the call gets forwarded to the operator. I checked the trunk programming and trunk mode is set to Supervised. Is there any work around for getting the trunks to disconnect if there is no line supervision from the carrier?
