Issue with Konftel 300W.... Continuous Dialtone

We are having some issues with our Konftel 300W wireless conference phone.

If you go to make an outgoing call, it is just a continuous dialtone. Once the number is dialed the call does not connect and it is just a running dialtone.

No issues with incoming calls. The extension is set up as an Analog extension in IPO.

Anyone have any ideas?

check the phone to see if its set correctly,
Tone or Pulse.
Also try another analogue device in the port to see it it happens at the Port.
It could be a faulty Analogue port on the system.
