Hi,

Hope you can help me with this issue I'm struggling with.

For my location the general alarmnumber 112 is blocked for PSTN acces and is routed to an internal alarmnumber instead.

This is done using the ARS digit conversion table

ARS DIGIT CONVERSION TABLE
Location: all Percent Full: 1
Matching Pattern Min Max Del Replacement String Net Conv ANI Req

112 3 3 3 xxxx ext n n

The security department now asked me to route 112 to the PSTN for 1 specific building. This building is a separate PortNetwork in the configuration, all PN's are part of 1 tenantgroup

Can you plz help me sorting this out ? I know quite a lot about PartitionGroups, routing tables etc. but I cant figure out how to deal with the Digit-conversion. Is there anything I can do with setting up locations, or maybe a separate tenant etc. ?

Any input is welcome.

Thanks,
Osqar

This is the wrong place for that question, you need to post it here forum690 :)

I think you are in the wrong forum here - forum-690 would be a better bet.

However, I think you need to look a building a location for the seperate building i.e. Change locations

you can then change ars digit-conversion location 2 and route differently from there

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
