issue on Media Manager 11.0.4.1

Hi all,
i úe Media Manager to recording call, but when i playback call, most calls greater than 5 minutes are only heard for about 2 minutes (not all). Detail of record show 5' but on interface playback only show 2'.
I using IPO server edition 11.0.4 sp1 and 2 Expansion.
Has anyone encountered this case yet. Please tell me if you know
