ISP Mail Retrieval

Hello

I hope that someone can help. My new ISP has recommended that we elect to have POP mail collection from their server rather than an SMTP feed to our server as we had with our previous ISP (line resilience being the stated reason).

They have given us a generic user and password and all mail sent to our domain will end up in this mailbox. I need some advise as to how to collect this mail and then distribute it to the intended recipients. I have been looking at fetchmail and though this will get the mail it places all the messages in the admin mailbox as this is who I am logged in as.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Fetchmail calls this "multidrop" functionality

and they aren't super comfortable with it.

Can you get the ISP to make POP3 boxes for every user?
