I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem. We have a client with an IP office 500 V1 with a full ISDN30e circuit with BT. The problem has only started recently. When a Sky or Gamma customers rings the site the call rings engaged to the Sky or Gamma Caller, but rings once on site and then drops the call. This only happens on IP phones and if you redirect the incoming call to an analogue handset it works fine. I have tried changing a few things but I wondering if anyone else has experienced this. We are now getting the same issue happening on some other sites but again IP office 500 v1 releases 4.2, 5.0 and we upgraded a site to release 6.1 to try and eliminate this but the fault still occurs. It is only ISDN30 and Gamma or Sky customers no other type of lines or providers give the issue.
I could not find anything but was wondering if anyone else has had this issue.
