ISDN2e to Meridian PBX (UK)

Can anyone tell me if ISDN2e (BT) to a Meridian Option 11c (rls 25 sw + ISDN patches) is fully supported in the UK.

If yes, could you post some info (BT side or Meridian)?. If anyone can post some Meridian screen dumps that would be great

Currently I can get incoming OK but am having problems dialing out - I'm confident that it's not a barring issue.
