Hello, I recently installed ISDN(PRI) in my Avaya 403 and want to assign individual direct lines for some particular users. I am able to route calls on specific channels to the users but want to know how to assign the same lines for outgoing calls for the same user. thank you for the help
 
Your understanding of PRI is suspect. PRI is best served as call by call routing. So you do not need to worry about specific channels for incoming or outgoing calls. Simply put all channels into,the same line group.

Assign one Incoming call route per DID to a specific destination.

Use the line group for outgoing calls.

If you need to serve two companies on one PRI then you could put x amount into line group 0 and x amount into line group 1. Company A would use line group 0 and company B would use line group 1.
