Hi guys,

I'm with a Trunk ISDN configured as default options in Brazil.
However, I can't make a calls, I can see the trunk "in service" but when a call out, the channel aren't availble. (in System Status they see "availble". Tracing a call with Monitor/System status, show me a error 34. Someone explain for me more of error? This can be a problem of Public? Or configuration in Ip Office?

Others idea?

Thx

Cause No. 34 - No circuit available (circuit/channel congestion or misconfiguration) :)

@amriddle01

Bro, I was configured some different parameters and nothing =/
You think that this can be a error of service provider? Because this error show us failure in channels.

Certainly could be the provider, but I don't know how many settings you guys generally change, here it's literally plug and play and if it doesn't work 99.9% it's the provider. I haven't seen that error code passed back before, but again we are in a different country :)

I have seen this a lot when the PRI modem was broken.
But it just tells you that there is no channel available to get the call on.
Can be anything :)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Yep man! Here not have every changes, just plug and play too. But, this link ISDN is giving me a headache because the service provider tell me isn't PBX Public, and yes the Ip office. I not know that to do rs.

@tlpeter

Oh right! but, if modem was broken he show me "in service" ? The service provider can see all as "UP" and "ok". When make a call I can't access a channel.
So, can be other reason? What?

Yes it shows up OK but some calls just did not go out.

Hmm! Well, I don't have more options of configuration for change in the trunk. :(
