ISDN trouble

This is a PRI/ISDN circuit. Between a nortel and G3R. In the DS1 screen G3 is set for connect: HOST and protocol version: A, linecode: B8ZS framing: ESF.

The Nortel is set for USER and NI II, B8zs, ESF. The D ch comes inservice fine but the B ch give me OOS/FE-PINS. Can someone explain this message and tell me what to change.

Protocol A is AT&T Custom. Protocol B is NI 2. You'll probably have to remove all of the members from the trunk group and remove the signaling group before you can make the change.

Thank you guy's for the help. Never had to remove members B4. But that did work.
