ISDN to SIP or SIP to ISDN remote management

Anyone tried addressing SIP calls to diallin to access RemoteManager originated from ISDN ?
And vice-versa? (SIP is the originator, ISDN is the IPO)

SIP cannot attain bit rates high enough for modem connections, it's barely usable for fax at baud rates of 9600. :)
