ISDN Router Registry Problem

I have a Cisco 801 Router and have a problem with the registry. When I purchased the router I initially configured it using the "Fast Step" software. Unfortunately, after it was configured I had to go to the command line through Terminal Server to set some other configurations. This is where the problem comes in. After I made the changes, instead of typing the copy running-config command I typed the word "WRITE" (stupid mistake!).
Now I can't bring up Fast Step or the monitoring software because it gives me an error that basically says: "Incompatible Router. Developer Note: Registry entries do not match router". I can still make changes from the command line with no problem but can't use Fast Step. Does anyone know how to set the register back to the factory default settings or how to change the settings from the command line to correct the problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
