ISDN-PRI using as extension

HI,i want to use an ISDN-PRI with some B-Channels (6 or 8) for a cisco-7206 with an integrated E1/PRI-Card for dialout-services.
My qestion is: is it possible to make a Trunk with 6 or more B-Channels and assign one extension-number on this Trunk?

I have many DS1-cards and a TN790B-Processor with Version G3V6.
