ISDN PRI - Separating channels IPO SE 11 1

Is there a way to separate a channels of ISDN PRI? Like in this setup:

we will integrate GSM and IPO thru ISDN in which we will separate those 30 channels. Like for example 1-10 channels this is for Globe and 11-30 channels is for Smart?

Only way you can have different outgoing IDs on different channels is if it supports ETSI CHI.

I think the other end needs to support it as well, never used it so

I assume you're only using it for outgoing so incoming channel selection shouldn't be an issue?
