ISDN PRI echo problem

Hi there;

I have a echo problem at the ISDN PRI line.It is intelligent I know.We tr?ed 406 , 412 also dual pri , single pri, softwaere 3.1.56 3.1.65 3.1.48.

We also using IP , digital and analog phones.We have problem for all of them...

Has anybody experience for like problem...

I you have tried all that kit it will be the service provider. Who is the provider. Is the PRI on copper or fiber??

Can you get a Trend on the lines and monitor??

Trend what does it mean?
 
A Aurora Trend ISDN tester, you can test about anything with it except a echo....
 
How can I do that?From where ? will cahnge the level of DB at PRI
 
You can only change the Db on the PRI in the US (T1). It can't be done on ETSI PRI in the UK.

We had echo on a site with 5410 sets. Turning off the AGC and tuing the handset volume down did the trick.
