please help me on this situation avaya communication manager some ext in doesn't call out example we pilot number +255 22 2164687 this 4687 is the ext number the whole number +255 22 2164687 dont go out it gives me a busy tone?

I'm not really clear what you are asking.. are you saying a specific extension in your office gets a busy tone when they try to dial out?

indeed you need to be more clear , if extn 4678 gets busy tone you need to run a "list trace sta 4678" command and post the results here .

Genrally if you post questions like this we need information like what hardware , software revision , trunks , previous triage and trouble shooting as at the moment we are stabbing in the dark.

There are so many different things that could effect this as much info is required in this and all support type questions.
