Anyone know if this is possible with the IPO without using intermediate 3rd party equipment?

Perhaps you should explain what you are trying to accomplish.

Incoming calls which are un-answered after 15s or busy get diverted to a call answering service, but it is call deflection at the exchange that sends the call through rather than call forwarding at the system that the customer wants, as this will not tie up 2 of their lines. I know that the recent Sam***g systems will do it now, and that TB 23 says you can do it with an intermediate box, by setting the trunks to QSIG, but I didn't know if the IPO can do this without the additional kit

Is this related to Partial Rerouting"

form the Manager help files for BRI Trunks

· Supports Partial Rerouting: Default = Off, Software level = 4.0+.
Partial rerouting (PR) is an ISDN feature. It is supported on external (non-network and QSIG) ISDN exchange calls. When an external call is transferred to another external number, the transfer is performed by the ISDN exchange and the channels to the IP Office are freed. Use of this service may need to be requested from the line provider and may incur a charge.

I do not Have A.D.D. im just easily, Hey look a Squirrel!

That sounds like the thing, but as the system is 3 IPO's with SCN on 3v1, i don't think they'll be going for an upgrade anytime soon. The 3rd party box seems like the way to go.

So i don't get a star cos your guys have old kit ;-)
