Colleagues I have applied the following parameters to activate 2B+D using S420244A260C200 siemns NT and it is working fine for outgoing calls, but it does't work for the incoming calles, where the callers from out side get a congestion tone.
parameters that I have applied are:

is there any recommended parameters working fine for both incoming and outgoing ISDN BRI ???

Try to change rocac/serv to 2100000000
