ISDN-BRI Incoming calls

The board is 2185B. Every (public)incoming call on ISDN-BRI drops, although it comes to the switch, seizes the trunk port, and then release, without ringing the station. Outgoing calls work perfect. I have administered Incoming Call Handling Treatment (page 3 on trunk group form). I did li trace tac X, and there I saw the call comming to the system, but afterwhile it disconnects.
Any tip or trick?
