Hi ALl
I need to get incoming DDI numbers routed to an ISDN2 (TN556D)WCBRI, and i just cant seem to get the actual number passed onto the rightfax server, all that comes up is the WCBRI data module number.
Any ideas

TIA

how is it setup now? what is getting passed?
we don't use WCBRI module, but we do use RIghtFax, ds1 in the pbx to a brooktrout board in the rightfax server..
see my post in thread690-1398198
don't know if the config info will help or not..

Hi

I Have a data module set up that is port 1 on my TN 556D card, then I have tried the incoming trunk group to intercept the DDi numbers and insert the data module no, no joy, I have made the DDI extn that goto a cov path with a hunt group that has the data mod in it, No joy, all i seem to get on the Right fax is the number of the data module all the time. I cant use a DS! as i only have a isdn 2 conne ction in the rightfax.
Thanks

I've never used that card before, so I do not think I can really help you that much.... can you setup a trunk with the port from the TN556 card? if so, then you can use udp/aar to route the call to it, (see my post in the thread mentioned earlier)
If not, and you can only setup as a station, then I am sorry, I don't know how you would pass the info to the fax server....
