All,
I have a question regarding ISA Server. I have a server at my location with
my registered domain name (abc.com) on the Domain Controller. I also have
an Exchanger server at this location.
The problem is that I am having my web page hosted by an external site and
the DNS hosting is by this company as well. I had them add an MX record to
point to my IP address to route mail to my Exchange Server. Everything
works fine except for one thing.
People internal to my network cannot hit our external web page because my
DNS server on the local network tries to resolve it locally. If you are
external, you can hit the web page fine.
I was wondering if I could use ISA server to route HTTP requests on port 80
to the external DNS server instead of the internal one. If this can be
done, then I will research ISA server. Thanks in Advance Norman Moy
I hope I helped.
