ISA route data block 1

when you build the "dummy" route for an isa route,
do you make the programming the same as the isa?
As far as all the signaling goes?

Are you building service routes for the isa route?

Yes, it accidently got outed and all I know is it was built as a Tie route (route 26-that is all that I know from an old LTM)
The ISA is route 27. I have never come across an ISA route before
so I don't know how to build back route 26

Any help would be awesome!
