ISA Inbound Traffic Routing Query

I am new to ISA therefore I would appreciate any advice on whether the following is achievable.

I have a PC on my internal address range that requires to communicate with one of our customers. I therefore want Incoming traffic through my ISA server from a given IP address (the customer) to be sent to this PC on my internal address range.

Is this possible and if so could you point me in the right direction regards setting this up?

Use the 'Publish Server' wizard. You can specify what service (ports) to publish.
