ISA Cache Server port 135

Hi all, need advices urgently.

I have ISA Server installed as Cache server. And noticed it will sync_send to a ip address using port 135, which will caused the IE to stop respond.

Anyway to stop this port 135 or close it?

Need advices urgently.
