ISA bloking SMTP on outlook 1

Isa server is blocking external pop3 account, when you test the account it block the smtp.

have added protocol acceso to SMTP pop3 and DNS, but still bloking.

any suggestions?

Three questions:

1) Have you tried to Telnet the external SMTP server?

2) Can you post the exact error Outlook is giving you?

3) Are you using an Anti-virus to monitor SMTP traffic?
