I recently installed ISA on our Small Business Server 2003 and installed the ISA client on each computer. The oddest thing though is that the majority of users can access the internet on any and all computers. But about 1/4 of the users can't access the internet on any of the computers. But others can log on to those same servers and use the internet. Those that can't get the 403 Forbidden error and the 12202 message. I've even recreated the users that can't hit the internet with no success. I've also compared the users that can to the users that can't to try to determine what is different between them, but that has proved unsuccessful also. Any thoughts or has anyone experienced a similar problem.
