Hi,
I have just setup a new ISA 2006 server and all of my users (who are allowed) can access the internet OK. However, I cannot access our external website.

i.e. if our windows domain is xyz.com. We get timed out when we try to access which is an externally hosted website. Error code 10060.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Yes both our internal and external domains are the same. Unfortunately, I already have a in our forward lookup zone for our domain. I am able to ping the site and get the correct IP address back but it timesout when we try to browse to it.

Any other suggestions please??

Do you have your ISA as the domain member or it's in a workgroup?
Did you exclude your local domain in Internal LAN settings?
