ISA 2004 & Internet Access

Im totally new to ISA. I just installed isa 2k4 on my Win2k3 DC. the DC has two Nics. one connecting to the internet & the other to my internal network.
Can someone please give me or point me out a step by step guide on how to configure isa 2004 to allow internet access within my internal network. I've tried looking on isaserver.org but I cant seem to find what I'm looking for.
I got internet acccess when I stopped the firewall service.
I had to uninstall ISA inorder to be able to go online and obtain help.
