I've installed a new copy of ISA 2K4 on Win 2K3 to replace out current firewall which is ISA 2K on Win 2K. I've come across many interesting issues but most have been solvable. However I'm stuck with the following problem. I have many AD groups set-up to control protocol access for various types of users but when I try to add an existing AD group to the new users area via ‘Select Users & Groups' I get the following error: "Windows cannot process the object with the name 'xxxxx' because of the following error. The remote procedure call failed and did not execute." I assume this is because the port that allows communication between the ISA and the AD servers is off by default. I've tried to turn it on but cannot make any difference. Just out of interest, if I create a new folder on the root drive and add shared access to an AD group, it works fine. The ISA server is not an AD server.

Please Help

John
