Hi there,

just to inform you that i have experienced sever problems after installing Service Pack 1 for Windows Server 2003 when ISA Server 2000 is installed.

The problem is, that RRAS does not work properly, and thereby if you are using site-to-site VPN or client VPN, it stops working.

At present, do not know what exactly happens. When I open RRAS and check my network interfaces, they are all in "Connected" state, but i'm not able to ping anything remote.

And, when clients establish a VPN connection, it seems to work. However, they are not able to communicate either. Not even pinging the ISA 2000 is possible.

It is known, that VPN management does not work correctly on ISA 2004 Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 application compatibility but this can be solved by installing Service Pack 1 for ISA Server 2004.

After removing SP1 for Windows Server 2003, my ISA 2000 Installations worked ok.

Cheers
Knutern
