Is Windows 2000 suitable to host CF 4.5 server?

Does anyone know if the Cold fusion server is incompatible with a windows 2000 OS?
I used to have the CF server on my NT workstation but now I have changed to 2000 and when I set up the connections in the administrator section, my connections fail. The error msg seems to assume I am using Windows NT

found the solution to my problem , was not related to the OS at all rather I haven't set up my Oracle connections
