Is there any place I can get Oracle

This is an important question to pose to Oracle itself. Oracle (as with all the other db-engine producers) are VERY focussed on benchmark results. Oracle can provide you with their internal benchmark findings and also provide either independent findings or point you to them.
Oracle's (unpublished) US toll-free main number is 800-392-2999. Call that number and ask the switchboard operator to connect you with someone that can direct you to, or provide you with, benchmark information.
