Hi,

I was just wondering, is there in built tool with any of the versions of Outlook(2000/XP/>...), which allows you to break the PST in to smaller PSTs.

No, but you can either use the Archive function, or, with more control, just creat a new PST and open them both.
Then drag (Move) the items over to the other PST.
Don't forget to close it afterwards or it will load as well every time.

I agree with marcs41 but will add that if you "move" from one pst to another you must "compress" the pst you "moved from" to free up the space vacated by the files you moved.

Another possibility is just cutting it in parts with HJsplit. To view them, you'll need to merge all parts again of course.

Peace,
