Does anyone know if there is an ii digit assigned for collect calls?

Our company publishes the same telephone number for our AT&T LANI and for our published collect call number. This number goes to an automated attendant right now and I'd like to be able to route collect calls to a different number without having to change the number on all of our publications.

Any other suggestions besides the use of ii digits?

Thanks in advance!

There are not specific ii digits for collect calls, per se; but there are the following digits that may work:

01 = Multiparty
07 = Special operator handling required
34 = Telco Operator Handled Call

You can try these and see if they work for you. Alternatively, you can ask your carrier if they can assign a unique DNIS to the collect calls. (Don't know if it's possible but it's worth a shot).

I tried these ii digits and none of them worked. Thanks anyway!
