I am deployed to a remote site that has a 512KB line but soon after the ping times to that site went to the 3300. As soon as I disabled the NIC, the ping times went to normal. I tried rebooting the server but everytime the server comes online the site gets bogged down again. Is there a way to stop this without waiting until after hours to finish?

1) First unconfigure the push configuration on your site.
2) Delete all of the files in your inbox called CCRRETRY SMS\Inboxes\Ccrretry.box <-- Delete files here
