Is there a way to send NDR to a specific mailbox in original message? 1

When I follow Microsoft KB 295653 to send NDR to a mailbox, the NDR messages are in the attachments, is there a way to send NDR in original message to a mailbox on the same Exchange server, instead of attachments?
