Is there a way to log incoming calls on a 6416D+M

I have a 2420D phone set which is wonderful. The phone set has a log that tracks both incoming and outgoing calls. My secretary has a 6416D+M which she loves and was asking if I could administer a log button on her phone. As I remember this is possible but I don't remember how to do it. Help!

Okay, this worked great. One catch though, the other thread had this info:

Programming the phoneset:
1. Enter the command change station xxxx
2. On page 2, set the field LWC Log External Calls to "y".
3. Program the following buttons (soft-keys): msg-retr and delete-msg

Step 3 is wrong in that the buttons have to be Hard not soft.
