IS there a way to have PBX alert you if a vdn is active?

We have a specefic VDN set when calls are not hitting a toll free number. Is there a way in a vector to have a step when the vdn xxxx has more than a ie 20 hits?

i think it is possible to do, however with some limitations. what software release are you running? you'll need to be on cm2+ to have variables in vectors.
