is there a way to disbale the zero-out-option in AAM

we don't want the zero out option during the greeting when the call hit VM.
please let us know

In the User Preferences General under Attendant set it to "When callers press "0" during my greeting, forward to:" "Personal Attendant/assistant" and put that users extension in there.

When caller press "zero" it says pleas hold someone will help in a moment"

Can this be removed??? Or edited???
