I have never actually done this with FrontPage.
Here is a link that might help ...
One of the best ways to protect a page or group of pages, would be if you used the ASP or PHP approach.
If your site is compatible with ASP,the following is a great resource for learning how.
If you don't mind parting with a couple of bucks, MDWebs has a couple of solutions at the following link ... Basic version is only $10.95
