i have a problem that when i creat a relation between two tables an error msg pop up tell me it can not creat this relaion because no. of indexed files is too many (i have other tables related to same parent table.
this msg has no help (help button is not enabled at all)
i do not know what's wrong

You are limited to 32 indexes in one table. An index is when you set a field to Indexed: Yes in table design view. When you create a relationship, Access creates indexes on the fields that are participating in the relationship. In your case, you have reached the 32 index limit on one of the tables and must reduce the number of indexes in your table.
