Is there a limit number for ftp transfer?

Hi,

I have set up a FTP server on HP UNIX, so it allows clients to access to the server using ftp. But I don't know the maximum number for ftp transfer at same time. Can any body tell me how to get the information?

The max number of processes... openfiles and child processes per pid... Past that you are ok..
