Did you mean that certain web browsers don't support the <iframe> tag. This is true. There is the <ilayer> tag which is supported in some versions of the 'NutScrape' browser, but I wouldn't touch that with a ten foot pole. If you want some java code to perform the function that your iframe is currently doing then more older browsers support applets than iframes.
Perhaps if you posted more information about what it is that you are trying to do we might be able to help you a little better.
Care to elaborate? As far as I know, you can't disallow the use of HTML tags. Or are you tring to include someone else's site in your iframe? You're not exactly giving me a lot of information here.
That makes sense... if copynpaste is using the lame free host's WYSIWYG (perhaps that should be WYSIWYD, D for Deserve) editor, they probably wouldn't stick an iframe in there.
